i just find out last night a hard lump grow on my upper gums the size of a 2  peas and it's painless...what it could be?

Uncertain...: Most hard lumps on the gums represent an extra growth of bone-- sometimes referred to as an "exostosis" or "torus". However, not all hard lumps are tori, and a conclusive diagnosis must take into account more than just texture or consistency. See your dentist: See your dentist for a definitive diagnosis.  The "hard" area can be an exostosis, which is a hard bone, or you may have an abscess.  It is difficult to discern without the help of your dentist.  A radiograph and clinical examination may help solve your problem.

Absolutely: See a dentist asap to find out what it is. If it's an infection which is quite possible, leaving it untreated may have caused more bone destruction than immediate treatment, and certainly exposes you to the risk of spread and very serious complications!

See dentist: Bleeding gums indicate active periodontal disease, that left untreated, can result in tooth loss.  Periodontal disease has also been linked to increased risk of heart disease.  You need to see a dentist to have a thorough examination and then appropriate treatment can be planned to improve your periodontal health.  As far as the swelling on hard palate, that will also be  examined.

Usually scar tissue: If it is on the inside of the cheek it is usually a little fibrous (scar) tissue from an injury such as biting your cheek. It can also be a mucocele (a blocked mucous duct) that hardened. Neither are dangerous. If it on the gums above the teeth, it can be a torus (bony lump) that forms. Also not dangerous. Usually if these aren't a bother, they are not removed.

Making : Making a diagnosis of your problem over the internet, sight unseen, without a radiograph, is not prudent. It may be an abcess coming from an infection in yout tooth or from a periodontal pocket if that tooth has periodontal bone loss. Either way the tooth needs to be treated if it is sound, otherwise it will need to be extracted before the infection spreads and gets worse.

Bumps: It takes a physical exam to  be able to see, feel and take appropriate X-ray to give you an accurate diagnosis.  See a dentist ASAP for this.

Boney spur?: It is possible that you have a bone chip working it's way out. Have the dentist who extracted the teeth check the area to be sure.
