i think acid reflux might of caused me having to cough or clear it on a daily basis right? causing annoying mucus. i have a lump and swell in the larynx area. was it acid? my neck feel and throat stiff too. it's feels tight and hard to speak too. lmk?

Neck lump: Lost of questions about painful lumps in the neck. Most likely, statistically, would be a lymph node(s). In youngsters this is most likely a virus infection such as infectious mono (epstein-barr virus). In older people one has to consider a lymphoma (form of cancer). With infections there is more likly to be pain and tenderness. Any lump that is growing needs ot be biopsied or removed.

i am experiencing soreness near/on my larynx. possible lump when i felt my nodes. not visible in the mirror. occasional sharp pains.

Exam needed: You may be palpating thyroid nodule or cyst. It is best to have a physician examine your neck for diagnosis or reassurance and advice.

See ENT doctor: If you are a smoker then see an ENT doctor ASAP.  3 weeks of laryngitis could still be consistent with a viral laryngitis.  But for peace of mind and a specific diagnosis see an ENT doctor for a fiber optic laryngoscopy under local anesthesia in the office.

i have a lump near my right tonsil and one on my larynx.i have little red sores on my throat and mild cough as well.im 17.could it be throat cancer?

Red sores in throat: Throat cancer is very unlikely to be the cause of these symptoms.  Long-term smokers have an increased risk of throat cancer, but even if you smoke, it would be unusual for this to occur at age 17.  The best protection against throat cancer is to never smoke.  In the meantime, the redness and lump and cough you describe sound much more like a viral infection.

due to some  structure issues with my larynx, i have a  very hard time getting intubated even with a scope.  is a med alert bracelet recommended?

MED ALERT NEEDED!: A difficult intubation can be life-threatening so if er/anesthesia have a 'heads-up' that could save your life.  In an emergency you may need a 'tracheostomy'.

if i were to extend my neck and head forward then retract hard would that damage anything ? i thought i was doing this exercise correct but it felt like i was slamming my larynx back?

Unclear question: It is not likely that you have cancer of the larynx. Hoarseness may be due to many causes, including nerve damage, laryngeal nodule or HPV infection. It would be prudent to consult an ENT specialist.

: What you are feeling are likely to normal structures, e.g. epiglottis. If you do not have symptoms, quit pushing your finger down your throat.
