should i be worried about my sleeping position ? i slept on my arm & woke up with a swollen hand & a small bulge in my hand vein. normal or aneurysm?

Change position: It is common for problems to arise from sleeping position. Arms extended stretch nerves and can cause numbness, tingling.  Lying on an arm can cause some superficial blockage of blood return. If it resolves quickly, likely the cause. The bulge can be a valve in the veins.  Swelling on one side that persists must be checked for clot or other more serious problems.

on monday i was working out my heart rate was at 210 and my ears started to feel clogged so i tried to pop them by pinching my nose and blowing hard 3 or 4 times. now im dizzy, brain fog, sweaty hands and feet and fatigued. is it a brain aneurysm?

Urgent evaluation: The heart rate is concerning and so are your other symptoms. Difficult to say if it is an aneurysm but for sure you should be in an emergency room if you are not already there, getting this evaluated by a doctor and get labs and imaging as recommended by the evaluating physician.

Unlikely: There are some vascular problems that can have fragile tissues- arteries and veins, but hy are unusual:

marfan, ehlers- danlos etc.

Talk to your doctor: Some brain aneurysms are from an inhereted condition, but most are associated with lifestyle risks like smoking, cholesterol and hypertension.  These ar ethe things you can control, so avoid tobacco, do regular exercise and control your cholesterol. If your older relative had the inherited type of aneurysm the doctors usually know at the time. Screening selected families may be appropriate.

Surgery: If it was really an aneurysm, of the thumb you should had surgery, and complete resection of the aneurysm.

The tissue should be undergo histological examination, although may also be traumatic.

last night i noticed a nickel sized lump forming on my wrist. i carried heavy bag with it earlier. tonight it spread, is very painful but ice & diclofenac are helping slightly. could this be a burst blood vessel? afraddue to diag. of 2 brain aneurysm?

: Not feasible to be exact without visualizing your "lump", but the most likely etiology might be development  of a ganglion cyst, and rather unlikely to have a "burst blood vessel".  Your prior brain aneurysms are not  related.  See an orthopedic hand specialist.

had emergency surgery for brain anneurysms; a 7cm removed in left side. still has two 3 cm ones in rt. side brain, are those ok? (left hand paralyzed)

No further Surg need: The aneurysm was probably 7 mm
Have never heard of a 7 cm aneurysm
The 3 mm aneurysms do not need to be treated
If they increase to 5 mm then they can be coiled by interventional Neuro radiologist

A brain aneurysm: is an out pouching of one of the vessels inside of the brain.  The biggest concern is if this were to rupture.  This in turn, could cause a person to loose consciousness.  Monitoring and a discussion with a neurosurgeon about risks and potential for surgery would be warranted depending on size and severity.

Unlikely: Aneurysm is possible but very unlikely. Most common causes are related to your neck. If mostly after sleeping you may want to check the firmness of your mattress. See your doctor for an xray and evaluation to be sure.

See a physician: If you have persistent headaches, see your physician for evaluation.  They can both take a history and examine you to recommend either further evaluation and/or therapeutic options.
