A brain aneurysm: is an out pouching of one of the vessels inside of the brain. The biggest concern is if this were to rupture. This in turn, could cause a person to loose consciousness. Monitoring and a discussion with a neurosurgeon about risks and potential for surgery would be warranted depending on size and severity.
