can i get easy to understand explanation of pieriea of the gums. what medication is given?

Deep cleaning: I assume you mean pyorrhea, which is an old term.  We now use acute periodontal  infection. Usually treatment calls for scaling/root planning, tissue debridement, all under anesthetic.  Sometimes and antibiotic is prescribed.

YES, "normal": Very normal to have this type of problems after and during an endodontic procedure. Medications are irritant to the gums and many times the dentist can not avoid to "touch" the gum.
Don't worry... It should go away after a week or so. Tell your dentist about this when going back to continue treatment.

Wisdom tooth: if you had a surgical extraction then some swelling is normal.  Use ice packs to help control this.  Call the extracting dentist  about your concerns.  They best know your situation.

Mouth sore: This is most likely a canker sore. Apply ice chips periodically. I have recommended bathing the sore with maalox several times a day. Other suggestions include tea bags or tea rinses. Physicians can prescribe cortisone type pastes or lidocaine topically.

: IIRC you are being treated for your periodontal issues with deep scaling and root planing to remove the hardened subgingival calculus. Once completed and with proper home care, following the directions of your treating dentist, any infections should resolve on their own. Needless use of antibiotics is not recommended, but if necessary your periodontist will prescribe the necessary meds.

None specifically: To my knowledge there are no medications that are specifically known to cause itching gums (as a side effect). See your dentist for an oral evaluation. It's probably something else that causing it. If your dentist doesn't think it's dentally related, see your physician for an evaluation.

None, see a Dentist: swollen and painful gums indicate that there is some kind of infective process occurring in your mouth. You should see a dentist ASAP to determine what exactly is going on and what you should do about it. Treating the symptoms does not solve the underlying problem as you may need antibiotics or other treatment.

Possibly: But medication alone will not resolve your issues. You'll need to be examined by a dentist to determine the cause of your swelling and the appropriate treatment. Dental problems can rarely be solved with a pill or a lotion.

Not herpes: Numerous possibilities exist, mostly not serious -- maybe just a minor cyst. If it enlarged or becomes painful, see a dentist or doctor. This has nothing to do with herpes.  Good luck!

its very frustrating that the dentistes and the periodontists on here have no study on pain management medications doing damage to the gums if taken for 10 or so years so +... i watched and read many articles on this scientific articles and study?

: Without knowing which medications, what damage, and which accredited articles you are referencing it is difficult to give you any sort of answer. If you have any sort of periodontal damage at your age, have it treated by a specialist.
