Not clear: Speak to her cardiologist.  This is an echocardiographic diagnosis and may have absolutely no clinical significance whatsoever.  You are looking at shadows and trying to interpret the meaning of fleeting shadows.  This is tricky business.  Ask her if there is any family history of heart disease on her mother's or father's side of the family. That would be more relevant than a whispy shadow.

Yes to both. : Grade 1diastolic dysfunction can be improved be controlling blood pressure and heart rate well. Diastolic dysfunction is a filling problem, not a pumping problem. An EF of 72% is normal.

Fatty liver can be due to diabetes, alcohol, or weight among other things. Vitamin E 400 I.U. twice daily can reverse that.

Varies: It really is based on symptoms.  If symptoms are mild, no treatment necessarily needed.  If increased back or leg pain or difficulty walking, the progressively more involved options include medications, therapy, chiropractic, interventional pain managemt; or in severe cases that fail non- operative care: surgery.

Thick heart wall: Diastolic dysfunction grade I refers to a thickness or stiffness in the wall of the left side of the heart.  There are many causes to this problem, including high blood pressure, that are very treatable.  There are others that are not.  She should talk to her cardiologist and see what she/he thinks the source of the problem is and what should be done about it.

Get a consult: Two years after ending alcohol abuse, without cirrhosis, the fatty liver and elevated bilirubin are not due to your alcohol abuse.  I'm glad you stopped. Your fatty liver may be due to anything from hepatitis c to non-alcoholic fatty liver; the bilirubin may simply be gilbert's. Normal transaminases speak against serious illness. Demand answers from your physicians.

does grade1 allergy its detrimental 4me 2 eat it, are these igg, ige tests reliable?

Probably not: The immune system of the GI tract is intended to minimize reactions to foods; thus, if you have low levels of ige, that may not cause any problem. Igg tests are unreliable. You need to discuss your test results in the context of your food-related symptoms with an allergist for them to be properly interpreted.

for mucinous ovarian tumors (stage 1a/grade1), doctor said recurrence was relatively low if any. also, if recurrence happens, can it come back worse?

Grade 1=mild: Grade 1 (mild) aortic and mitral regurgitation do not cause symptoms and do not require treatment. They're harmless.  Not sure what you mean by lv "distinction" (maybe dilation?). Not sure what n-pill is?
