Yes to both. : Grade 1diastolic dysfunction can be improved be controlling blood pressure and heart rate well. Diastolic dysfunction is a filling problem, not a pumping problem. An EF of 72% is normal. Fatty liver can be due to diabetes, alcohol, or weight among other things. Vitamin E 400 I.U. twice daily can reverse that.
