No tubes: Very doubtful. If the tubes were removed correctly there should be no connection from the uterus to the abdomen. Therefore the eggs cannot enter the uterus. Conversely the sperm cannot get to the eggs.IVF is the only option.

No worries: If there are no tubes, and the uterus has only one opening... into the vagina... then there is no way for the egg to get into the uterus where sperm might be. So, there is no way to conceive naturally. That said, life can surprise you sometimes. Thus, if having symptoms of pregnancy, one can just do a home urine pregnancy test 3 weeks sex. Tests are very accurate by then.

Yes: Not only can it affect fertility, it also increases your chances of an ectopic pregnancy. Make sure your tubes are assessed, if scarred tubes are a problem or if having trouble conceiving, strongly consider in-vitro (ivf) or see an rei specialist for evaluation. ENDOMETRIOSIS TX: ENDOMETRIOSIS is very difficult to treat if you have an.endomitrioma. It will be extremely difficult to conceive . Get a second opinion on treatment options and make sure you go to the top hospital and top doctor that are available.
