what are the chances of getting pregnant with one fallopian tube, pcos and endometriosis ?

Possible but harder: Can't give a percentage because there are too many variables for an online format. One tube is probably the biggest roadblock to TTC, suggest you see an OBG or a fertility specialist on the early side. Good wishes.
