No certain.: Some foods can cause urine to smell really bad such as asparagus and garlic.

Shouldn't be: Outside of a short period late in gestation, the left heart should always be bigger than the right. Any deviation from that is considered abnormal and should be investigated, as it may reflect a malformation, valvular heart disease, heart muscle injury or failure or significant pulmonary disease.

Yes & usually but...: Lyme disease is usually transmitted by the bite of an infected deer tick, though biting flies have been proven to transmit & some feel other insects like mosquitoes may transmit it too! it's usually readily cured if treated within several days of one becoming infected, but is more difficult to cure when it has become chronic. Many specialists feel chronic lyme is very difficult to completely cure.

Maybe yes, maybe no: Congratulations on apparently effective treatment. With undetectable viral load, at least your HIV infection will not progress. However, the state of your immune system also depends on how seriously it was damaged before you started treatment. If you feel and look outwardly healthy, probably all is well. But you need to discuss this with the doctors providing your HIV care. Good luck!

Soap: Soap, with or without triclosan is equally effective against fungus and other micro-organisms. The additives are more of a marketing ploy and do not  have any scientific backing.

It depends: You do want to expectorate mucous especially if it is copious and there is any difficulty clearing it but sometimes the cough is so frequent and debilitating that the balance tips in favor of suppressing it.  Mucous perceived to be from the can actually be in the throat which is often the case.

hi there, a couple of general questions. 1. is it safe to take those lactaid pills before having foods with lactose even if someone is not lactose intolerant? i am not sure i am or not, sometimes i get a little bloated, but feel fine?

: The pills contain the lactase enzyme that lactose intolerant people don't make or don't make enough of to be symptom free consuming the products. Enzymes are just complex proteins, the pills are not a drug that could hurt you. If you don't need it but take them it is just a different source of protein. Use if you desire, it may help.

this is only a general question which obviously lacks detail. if someone has a mild prostatomegaly, a bladder outlet obstruction & trabeculated bladder, is it sometimes true that an operation on the pros gland helps the trab bladder return to normal?

Near normal: Relieving the obstruction will help in restoring urine flow and some of the changes in the bladder. It is not likely that everything will go back to normal.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
