Much in water but...: Many vitamins are in the broth, but much is destroyed by heat. Minerals are not effected by heat, so between the vegetable and broth, its there!

: If you're menstruating &amp; want to take iron, you won't get it in Centrum. I'm a believer in a daily multivitamin. Recent studies have shown some improvement in seniors' cognitive function in those who took multivitamins daily compared to those who didn't. This doesn't pertain to your age bracket though. Centrum won't hurt you &amp; may help if your diet isn't healthy. Take an iron supplement, too.

Most likely-Yes: Certainly, all the meds, including vitamins and over the counter need to be discussed with her warfarin/coumadin coordinator.  Vit k, especially, which is a reversal agent used when the Coumadin "levels" are too high, will definitively interact with the Coumadin and make it difficult to manage properly.  As stated, discuss with the treating provider for continuity of care. Best wishes.

Your immunity is probably low.  Natural way to boost is w/mushroom caps.
