Not the right.......: Not the right question. You should not normally have pain with sex. Are you menopausal, normally or surgically.  Lack of estrogen will causes atrophic vaginitis which will cause pain. This a too complex for a description of all the causes for pain, but the cause should be determined. I know of no female being treated with meds to prevent pain during sex! also is it vaginal, or hip or back? See pcp.

No "cure" for PE...: There is no "cure" per se for premature ejaculation.  There are many treatments however, including behavioral techniques which can delay ejacualtion, such as the "squeeze" method, and some are topical therapies that numb the sensation of the penis to delay orgasm.  Some medications, such as some antidepressants,  can be used as well.  Unfortunately, there are no fda-approved medications for pe.

A lower BP.: Unless there are drastic changes in lifestyle (diet exercise, wt loss or use of alcohol or medications)  meds for high BP are generally for life. You may get small reduction in BP with minor changes but they are usually not substantial enough to modify therapy.  However, if you have wt to lose, exercise to start and a better diet to eat , there is no down side to getting with the program.

Maybe: A person on blood thinners can ask his prescribing doctor to look for a tablet that does not contain lactose. Some medications contain lactose, while others do not. If no lactose-free tablets are available, the person can just take the lactose-containing medication with a lactaid lactase enzyme tablet, to digest the lactose from the medication.

Consider avoiding earings if you wear them for the next few weeks and apply OTC hydrocortizone cream to area twice a day to see if resolve

Great question!: Our psychopharmacological researchers are asking similar questions.  Once the meds are out of your body (some taking longer than others) your receptors should eventually re-establish their activity.  However, some physiology has been altered, beyond levels of neurotransmitters. Re-equilibration may take time.  Depending on the medication, there can be permanent changes, .

: Urinary frequency may not always be due to prostate, it may also be due to urinary tract infection, anxiety, overactive urinary bladder, and sometimes substances in food and drink may even be responsible. Prostate enlargement may not always be associated with elevated PSA. It may be best to have him evaluated by a Urologist.
