My sister has weak cartilages since birth. when she kneels down it's painful n she cannot make free movements with her knees what can she do ? is there any surgery r medication to strengthen them?

Physical Therapy: strengthening the musclse supporting the joint and some stretching, balancing exercise will improve the stability and ROm. Again advise from her doctor after examination is the starting point.
