No "cure" for PE...: There is no "cure" per se for premature ejaculation.  There are many treatments however, including behavioral techniques which can delay ejacualtion, such as the "squeeze" method, and some are topical therapies that numb the sensation of the penis to delay orgasm.  Some medications, such as some antidepressants,  can be used as well.  Unfortunately, there are no fda-approved medications for pe.

Maybe: A person on blood thinners can ask his prescribing doctor to look for a tablet that does not contain lactose. Some medications contain lactose, while others do not. If no lactose-free tablets are available, the person can just take the lactose-containing medication with a lactaid lactase enzyme tablet, to digest the lactose from the medication.

Not the same: Non-comedogenic generally refers more towards the tendency not to clog pores, but some cross over in definition occurs because fragrances and other additives can cause inflammation which promotes pore blockage.  Hypoallergenic fragrance free products are often accompanied by non-comedogenic formulations and labeling.  Hope that helps!

: From what I can tell, the "wim hof method" appears to be one of many latest gimmicks, and some of it seems reasonable, some a little on the edge, but this is NOT a health breakthrough.  If you have been seizure-free for 15-20 yrs, and have no profound physical or emotional diseases, I would not limit you in any way, other than advise, be careful and safe.

A lower BP.: Unless there are drastic changes in lifestyle (diet exercise, wt loss or use of alcohol or medications)  meds for high BP are generally for life. You may get small reduction in BP with minor changes but they are usually not substantial enough to modify therapy.  However, if you have wt to lose, exercise to start and a better diet to eat , there is no down side to getting with the program.

my tsh value was 7 on 12th august, 4.5 on 24th september. i'm under no medication. t4, free t4, t3 , anti tpo and anti tg is normal. should i take medicine? there is no visible symptoms except a bit constipation. pls guide?

Watch and wait: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is no emergent issue and you can wait to repeat the tests in 6 months or so. For constipation take a fiber laxative and drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless.

Shouldn't: I would think that would be okay although, to be really safe, it's usually recommended that you fast beforehand.
