Watch and wait: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is no emergent issue and you can wait to repeat the tests in 6 months or so. For constipation take a fiber laxative and drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless.
