Easier said than dun: Hi. It's easy to say "improve your (probably) unhealthy lifestyle", but hard to do given the average American lifestyle. Eat healthy, exercise regularly FOR LIFE, achieve &amp; maintain a healthy weight...see? Not that easy. But well worth the effort. Try to QUIT the fast food &amp; processed foods. DON'T SMOKE. Live healthy. If you can pull that off, you're ahead of most Americans. Good luck!

Heathy: Well balanced diet but leave out the sweets and watch the amount of things like potatoes, pastas and breads. Should be more poultry , fish and fresh fruits and veggies alone with some dairy. Google the american diabetic association for more information

Supplementing cinnamon and chromium could help control the blood sugars, too.

Get professional advice.
