No: You cannot strengthen ligaments. If you are " loose jointed" it's usually inherited. You can strengthen the tendons about your hand( extensor and flexor) most easily by squeezing a ' grip' ball or  a grip- strengthening device.

See a doctor: This look like tennis elbow with radiating pain to the first two fingers bilaterally. You need to see a doctor know how to do trigger point injection. This is from over use the muscles and cause tendinitis. I just saw a patient with same symptom like you few weeks ago and trigger point injection resolved the problem.

i had carpel tunnel and de quervains after my pregnancy but i fell like i have loss of strength in my fingers.is there anything i can do to strengthen?

Carpel tunnel: Some "release procdures" may not relieve the compression on nerve connections to fingers below the wrist.  See your surgeon who performed the surgery to make sure a revision is not necessary at this point.

see details: Is the pain due to damage or continued inflammation? If it is secondary to damage i would discussed options with your rheumatologist and at least consider working with a hand therapist. If it is due to chronic inflammation, you need to consider the addition of a tnf agent. Tobacco use makes RA worse so you should stop that habit now.

A torn flexor tendon: A jersey finger occurs when the flexor tendon tears off of the bone at the base of the distal phalanx.  This frequently occurs in football when a jersey is grabbed making a tackle. Hence the name.

This is a serious injury, and should be evaluated and treated by a qualified hand surgeon. It is time-sensitive, and prompt assessment within days is ideal.
