Perhaps: If you have no other symptoms or signs, and the MRI without contrast is normal, this is probably due to a 4th cranial nerve problem (atherosclerosis/hypertension) or decompensation of an old strabismus. If it can be treated with prisms in your glasses, you can just follow it. If you are really unhappy, then get Peds Ophthalmology consult.

pain in sternum since 10 yrs, finally decided to get treated, doc said after mri its edema and it cannot be treated! do i have to live with this pain ?

NO!: You do not have to live with this pain. You have swelling in the area, and you owe it to yourself to find out why and what you can do about it. If your primary care doc is stumped, i suggest a rheumatologist to see if you have some type of inflammatory condition leading to your symptoms. Physical therapy modalities may also be useful in alleviating the pain and swelling/edema.

first rib still compressing brachial plexus after two years.  recovery intermittent.  finally mri scheduled.  rib moved yesterday. what can be done?

Recovery takes time: Since your problem already two years and the nerve been affected. You just have surgery. The nerve recovery take time. Please be patient and follow up with your doctor!

: Your cardiologist is presumably more involved with your medical care than a radiologist interpreting the results of one procedure. You should speak with your cardiologist what they mean by scarring,  however, to get a better feeling for what is going on with your heart. Good luck.

finally have  appointment for a mri after two years.  subluxation from first rib has crushed my brachial plexus.  is repair possible now?  much pain!

Yes: Repair is possible. Likely removal of 1st ron.  Should relieve pain.

Yes: Yes this could also be Bell’s palsy which is usually caused by and inflammation or infection or pressure on the seventh facial nerve.This is usually not a serious condition and this can cause numbness or tingling of one side of the face

Fracture  healed ?: By now a fracture has  healed. You need evaluation, and  consideration of  an injection in the tender  area. This woudl be a  simple injection depending on the findings. See your physician. Uncertin what ganglin impar block cause more pain* findin means

i have my left foot swollen for about 6 months no apparently reason. x-ray, nuclear test, doppler and finally mri doesn't show anything.  need help!

Unilateral foot : Swelling?  I assume it is not painful.  It could be lymphedema, caused by anything that interrupts lymph drainage from the foot.  If you are diabetic, you could have decreased sensation in the foot and traumatize it repeatedly without knowing, condition called charcot's foot.  But not likely with normal mri, which is a very accurate imaging test.  I am stumped, sorry.

had hip pain 5 yrs.doctors finally took mri,found labrum tear but not recommending surgery bc of arthritis and possible fai. how can i relieve my pain?

Stretching: labrum tears are a new diagnosis that is over diagnosed because of the new MRI scanners. Most people do not have surgery unless a career in athletics is in your immediate future. 
you failed to name the joint involved ... however balanced stretching of the muscles around the joint, yoga, and fish oil are good starts
