Perhaps: If you have no other symptoms or signs, and the MRI without contrast is normal, this is probably due to a 4th cranial nerve problem (atherosclerosis/hypertension) or decompensation of an old strabismus. If it can be treated with prisms in your glasses, you can just follow it. If you are really unhappy, then get Peds Ophthalmology consult.
