There is not: enough information to render an opinion. Gliosis is basically scarring of the brain, so stating that gliosis is not a dominant finding doesn't say much.

Gliosis: Gliosis means a form of scarring in the brain. It sounds like that the radiologist reading this MR did not feel it was a prominent finding.
