It shouldn't: Filed down for a filling, crown or a simple bite adjustment? More information would be helpful.  For a bite adjustment the amount removed is minimal. For all restorative treatment you can be given local anesthesia if necessary.

Sinus pressure: You may be referring to sinus pressure and when bending down, the pressure becomes evident on the roots of the upper back teeth that are nearest to the sinus making them feel uncomfortable.  See your dentist to take radiographs (x-rays) to determine if this is indeed the problem or if you have decay or any other dental condition.

Sometimes, but....: If all your teeth are ground down, you can't restore some of them, and have to rebuild all of them with bonding or crowns.  Certain areas of some teeth can be restored with bonded fillings or crowns. Without addressing the bruxism problem, you will likely have the same problem once the tooth is restored.  Discuss this issue with your own dentist. Consider a night guard.

Decay ?: That's only a guess... you'll need to be examined by a local dentist for a proper diagnosis. These types of problems don't really get better on their own, so the sooner you go to be seen the better you will feel.

You can't: Lower front teeth should be fully erupted before you become a teenager,  If you have teeth that are moving or shifting it may signify malocclusion (bad bite), periodontal (gum) disease, or both.  Please see your Dentist or preferably a malocclusion expert, a specialist Orthodontist, for evaluation and discussion of your options,

Many issues can: Cause this symptom. Infection in the tooth or the gums could be the issue. Your bite can also be partly responsible. Sounds like you should get a dental exam for evaluation and ideas on what to do to correct your problem.  Good luck!

Depends: If the tooth is not vertical or is being blocked by an adjacent tooth, it may never come down. Only a local dentist with a radiograph of the tooth can give you a clear understanding of your condition.
