Sometimes, but....: If all your teeth are ground down, you can't restore some of them, and have to rebuild all of them with bonding or crowns. Certain areas of some teeth can be restored with bonded fillings or crowns. Without addressing the bruxism problem, you will likely have the same problem once the tooth is restored. Discuss this issue with your own dentist. Consider a night guard.

Tooth Grinding: Yes it can. Usually the damage caused by bruxing and clenching is generalized. It may involve a complete rehabilitation of the dentition. But, if you have sensitivity or decay or missing tooth structure, your dentist can restore the tooth without having to treat the other worn-off teeth.

Possibly: The severity of the damage to the tooth in question may determine what can be done to restore it. Consultation is indicated. Also, the grinding problem needs to be addressed before considering restoring the tooth/teeth.
