Hysterectomy : The safest option is the method your surgeon is well experienced in. Vaginal, laparoscopic, and robotic hysterectomy all have about the same rapid recovery rate. If your uterus is very large and your surgeon comfortable, a robotic approach may have some advantages.  Discuss with your GYN what surgery they are proposing.

: There are many different ways to manage uterine with procedures. You can have hysteroscopic resection of submucosal fibroids, laparoscopic myomectomy vs open myomectomy or hysterectomy. If you do not prefer surgery, you can try medical therapy with hormone(s) first if you have not or you can be referred for uterine artery embolization.

Multiple choices: Fibroids are treated if they are symptomatic. Common symptoms include heavy menses, pelvic pain, and increased urinary frequency. Choices for treatment often start out with medicines (exs. tranexamic acid or birth control pills). If these are ineffective consideration should be given to Uterine Fibroid Embolization (non-surgical outpatient procedure) or surgery (exs. myomectomy, hysterectomy).

Several: Treatment is usually due to symptoms.  You feel bad due to them so you treat, but if they don't bother you can watch them.  You can use oral contraceptives to attempt to decrease the rapid rate of growth.  You can cut them ou, or you can remove the uterus.  You can do uterine embolization where you block the arteries so you soffocate or kill of hte blood suppy for them.  Hope this info helps.

Depends on symptoms: Your options depend upon whether,  or not you are experiencing symptoms like  bleeding and pain. It also is dependent upon whether you presently have or plan children. Options include, doing nothing and following any growth, focused ultrasound, myomectomy, GnRh agonists for temporary shrinkage pre-op, and finally uterine removal (hysterectomy). Consult with your GYN MD about the above.

Options: Surgical options for treating fibroids are: hysterectomy; uterine artery embolization, magnetic resonance guided focused ultrasound, endometrial ablation, myomectomy and myolysis.  There are also non-surgical options for the symptoms caused by fibroids that include birth-control pills, Progesterone IUDs or injections etc.  Do some research and then talk to your doctor about your situation.

how is endometriosis diagnosed? how do i tell if my symptoms are caused by that or by fibroids? what are treatment options for both?

Surgery: While an elevates ca 125 can be suggestive of endo only surgery can diagnose it. Treatment options include surgery for both. Multiple medical options exist for endometriosis. Since women with endo have a higher risk of ovarian cancer knowing the diagnosis can be helpful long term.

No: Fibroids occur due to excess estrogen levels.  The last thing you want is to increase your estrogen levels with an exogenous source.

i am 34 yrs old,is there any options of fibroids procedure and keep my uterus as i would love to have children in the future , i was diagnosed with multiple fibroids , 13cm,2x7cm ?

Myomectomy: Surgical myomectomy whereby the fibroids are "harvested" with re-construction of  the uterus if done properly, will allow a future pregnancy and delivery. Focused ultrasound does not have the same future fertility rate at this point via data as myomectomy. Even after myomectomy the fibroids can return within 5 years so have the procedure just prior to conception attempts.
