How is endometriosis diagnosed? how do i tell if my symptoms are caused by that or by fibroids? what are treatment options for both?

Surgery: While an elevates ca 125 can be suggestive of endo only surgery can diagnose it. Treatment options include surgery for both. Multiple medical options exist for endometriosis. Since women with endo have a higher risk of ovarian cancer knowing the diagnosis can be helpful long term.
