Likely okay: The caffeine in regular coffee has some but not much stimulant effect &amp; does not approach or interfere with the effectiveness of the dex. If the dual drug effects do not bother you in other ways I would not consider them a worrisome pair at your age.

Many people who suffer heart attacks(for example) appear with normal blood pressure. However it is certainly true that those that suffer of high blood pressure have a higher risk for heart issues.
