May be: The fat free dairy! bloating like this is frequently due to dairy foods. Please remember that we are the only animals that drink the milk of another animal. It is also possible that bovine growth hormone, antibiotics or methods of processing are the underlying cause.

Opinions, opinions: I don't think it will matter too much - so a big part of your answer will be which you like better. Also different brands can differ. But, i've heard from nutritionist friends that the range from whole to fat free is much smaller than the public thinks. If you have gall bladder problems or a specific reason to avoid fat, think non-dairy! otherwise, read labels & buy what you like.

Depends: If you eat dairy products you can try greek yogurt or cottage cheese (otherwise soy/almond/coconut yogurt). Non dairy sources include chia seeds, beans, lentils, quinoa, eggs, artichokes, broccoli, avocado, asparagus, tofu, peas, spinach, beet greens, peanuts, pistachios, sesame seeds, garbanzo beans.

Beans, nuts, seeds: 1 cup of tofu has 20 grams protein, 10 grams of fat & 4 grams of carbohydrates.
All beans, lentils and chickpeas are good sources of protein, as are nuts & seeds. Hemp seeds contain as much protein as any food and it is a "complete" protein. Quinoa is the highest protein grain. Nuts may be best bet: Don't know whether you are looking for snack or regular foods.  Of course meat would be the obvious answer, but nuts contain very good fats as well as significant protein. Almonds and walnuts are probably best.  So do cheeses.  Of course they have calories, but you do need fats and calories at your age to continue to develop normally.

i'm on a homely diet since april : low fat, medium carb & veg protein. low on ani protein, no red meat, no fast food, greasy/fried food. high veg, fruits. brisk walking. i lost 13 lbs in this tenure. is this normal loss or i am seriously ill inside?

Let's see ....: It has been about 12 or 13 weeks since the middle of April (today is July 20). That would be losing about a pound a week. Now I don't know if you are trying to lose weight, but if you are, this is just about perfect! (I don't know if you worried that you are losing too much or not enough). But losing 1 pound a week on a sensible diet such as this is your best shot at normal long term weight.

Fat free milk: Some fat free milk has skim milk solids added to help colorized the product. Oxidized cholesterol may be high in these products. The jury remains out in deciding what levels are problematic and whether oxidized cholesterol in humans is a problem.

Low fat foods : Low fat foods may help but not if they contain additional sugar. Losing stomach weight is difficult and unlikely without consistent aerobic exercise 4 to 5 times a week in your target zone. Exercise plus good nutrition is important, particularly focus on a plant based diet like the mediterranean diet. Best wishes.

could i have a hernia and or an internal tumor male 5ft 10 240lbs. all my limbs and butt normal and practicaly fat free. stomach area feels very hard but when i lay on my back and tighten my torsoe muscles i have a very soft bulge 3 to 4 in high 3 in wide

If : If you have never had previous surgery on the abdomen it would be unusual to have a hernia of that size in that location.   Having said that, based on your height and weight it is more likely that you have a hernia (rather than a tumor) or more likely a "rectus diastasis" which comes from a thinning out of tissues under the skin and could be thought of as an early  hernia. 
A very brief exam in your doctor's office should be able to differentiate between the two.
