I eat healthy with a lots of fiber, protein and fat free dairy. i also workout and yoga. but i still get quite a bit bloating in my belly.

May be: The fat free dairy! bloating like this is frequently due to dairy foods. Please remember that we are the only animals that drink the milk of another animal. It is also possible that bovine growth hormone, antibiotics or methods of processing are the underlying cause.
