Bubble: Sounds as though this is a conjunctival cyst, called a goblet cell cyst.If so it is perfectly benign. Usually no treatment is necessary,unless it accumulates more fluid,and can easily be removed. Your ophthalmologist can make a definitive diagnosis.

Several causes: You should be formally evaluated. This could be anything from a head cold/ sinus infection, to a headache (possibly a cluster headache? Rhinorrhea is common with these), or even orbital/ sinus/ potentially system pathology.

You need to see an md (either ophthalmologist, neurologist, or otolaryngologist).

my eczema has worsened & spread to my hands, arms, nipples, and legs. oozes clear fluid. i have swollen lymph nodes & weeping eyes. what do you rec?

Time to see your Doc: If this is "just" your eczema, it sounds like it is not responding to current Rx, and you may require more intensive Rx (such as systemic (oral or injected) steroids, if you are already maxing out on topical steroids). However, I fear this may be more than just the eczema, such as a secondary infection, requiring additional therapy. In either case, you should see your primary or skin doctor.

No: I wouldn't say it's a good sign, but not necessarily bad either.  If no pain, normal vision, and no yucky discharge you're probably fine.

Bump with pain: There are several possibilities, including a stye and an abscess.  If t is tender, it may be infected.  An abscess needs to be drained by a skilled eye surgeon (ophthalmologist).  Do not try to drain it yourself, since it may be located near a tear drainage duct.

May have an : Eye infection on top of a viral illness that needs immediate attention .Please call your pediatrician for appointment as soon as possible! in meantime , fever control and offer liquids.

Mucocoel: Probably a retention cyst or mucocoel...A blocked minor salivary gland of the lips. Requires excision with biopsy to confirm diagnosis.

Maybe not always.: When ever you get fluid filled bubble on your skin, it's a sign of skin injury, which can be either form infection, insect bite or iritation.
