Several causes: You should be formally evaluated. This could be anything from a head cold/ sinus infection, to a headache (possibly a cluster headache? Rhinorrhea is common with these), or even orbital/ sinus/ potentially system pathology. You need to see an md (either ophthalmologist, neurologist, or otolaryngologist).
