Have any neck pain?: Cervical spine problems can cause radiculopathy symptoms  like what you have. Get an xray of neck spine , in addn. to regular evaluation by your Primary care doctor.

i have been getting pins and needles in both hands and feet (not at the same time). i always sleep with head elevated, is this neck related?

Could be: There are many reasons for pins and needles in hands and feet.  At 37 years old its unlikely to be neck related, but some people can have narrowing of the spinal canal from birth.  More likely is neuropathy, where the nerves get sick.  Sometimes its a simple nutritional issue.  It's worth seeing a doctor.

i woke up this morning with pins and needles on the left side of my head/scalp like the feeling when your foot is sleeping and you can't feel it. what can it be? the feeling came back slowly when i moved my neck.

Occipital neuraglia?: The occipital nerve comes out of the upper part of the spine.  You may have slept with your neck twisted, or maybe you had an old neck injury?  If you put pressure on the upper nerve roots you can get a 'sleeping nerve' feeling in your scalp.  
If it doesn't come back, don't worry about it.  If it persists, do some gentle neck rang of motion exercises if you know how, or get a PT referral.

Not sciatica: Sciatica could not explain the fascias tingling.  A cervical disk problem could cause shoulder symptoms but would also not explain your face tingling.  If these symptoms see new go immediately to the ER.  If they have been there for a while go see a doctor.  This could be a stroke or serious brain problem.

What you described could be due tonsillar infection and may require antibiotic treatment. Try gargling with warm salt solution while waiting to see your doctor.

It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Likely not,: There are many causes of pins and needles, including nerve damage from diabetes, circulation, entrapment or pinched nerve or anxiety -- best check with your doctor.

Medical Exam!: People with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) have excessive anxiety or worry, most everyday for at least 6 months. Common symptoms include feeling restless or wound-up, being easily fatigued &amp; difficulty concentrating. Other disorders such as alcohol abuse or diabetes could be causing the sensations in your feet &amp; so I suggest you have a general medical exam as soon as possible. Best of luck!

i was taking amlodipine and found my burning feet pins and needles could be an allergic reaction how do i get this drug out of me the pain is awful?

Stop taking it: Drink fluids. Time will get it out of your system. I am not sure pins and needles would be considered an allergic reaction, versus a possible side effect.
