I was taking amlodipine and found my burning feet pins and needles could be an allergic reaction how do i get this drug out of me the pain is awful?

Stop taking it: Drink fluids. Time will get it out of your system. I am not sure pins and needles would be considered an allergic reaction, versus a possible side effect.

Amlodipine: It will take days for the amlodipine to clear 5 to 7. The symptom doesn't sound allergic but likely swelling in your lower extremities. Try elevating your feet and legs for a few hours and see if that helps.

Not likely due to Am: The side effect that you noted is not common .The most common side effects are foot edema(swelling) and constipation. If you have stopped the medicine a few days should suffice to get it out of your system , but if longer you probably have another problem.
