No: This is not an uncommon problem especially for Asians.  A recent study found that excessive flushing from alcohol may also be linked to heart damage.  Alcohol actually disrupts sleep as well.  If you can, avoid it. If you can't, limit to 2 drinks per day maximum.

Consult your doctor: Diane-35 used for acne in woman also as contraceptive, menstrual regulator as in your case , recently in france and australia adverse effects noted like phlebitis,  thromboembolism  even death , your heart rate is high  may or may not be related , you must see your doctor now and take advise to continue or to stop.

: Heart problems, including palpitations - is one of the contradictions for magnesium L threonate use.  Coffee can cause or worsen palpitations in some users and kombucha , which is mostly fermented green tea might also do the same. Best to see PCP/ cardiologist to sort things out. The Gynecologist &amp;/or the Endocrinologist can resolve the hormonal &amp; other issues.

It is treatable and a heart monitor can make the diagnosis.
