A 49-year-old female asked:
I notice my heart tends to murmur more right before and after my period. Would the murmur be caused by hormonal changes ?

Heart: I assume when you say "murmur" you really mean palpitation .., or the sensation if your heart beating . (you can't feel a murmur) . Yes hormonal cycle and menopause can trigger pslpitations.
