Repeat urinalysis?: The epithelial cells, mixed bacteria, and mucus all suggest the urine was contamined with vulvar or vaginal secretions, probably not a &quot;clean catch&quot; midstream specimen. However, the WBC and casts could be significant. Discuss with your doctor; s/he may request a repeat test.

Ignore it: Creatinine varies a bit from day to day. You may also have put on some muscle during the season. You take Naproxen and if you also get a little dehydrated, you can actually raise your renal function tests quite a bit more.

Depends: Do you have any symptoms such as dysuria, suprapubic pain, flank pain or fever? If yes, these findings may suggest an urine infection. If no, these findings are seen in contaminated sample, asymptomatic bacteriuria or colonization which is normal. A good perineal hygiene is usually helpful to avoid colonization of bacteria.

what causes renal epithelial cells in my urine?

Interstitial problem: Renal epithelial cells are not normally found in the urine. Their presence reflects inflammation of the interstitial portion of the kidney and can be due to drugs, infections, or other diseases. Renal epithelial cells need to be differentiated from look like sunny side up eggs. Other findings could include blood and white blood cells. I'd recommend that your urine be examined by a nephrologist.
