Depends: Do you have any symptoms such as dysuria, suprapubic pain, flank pain or fever? If yes, these findings may suggest an urine infection. If no, these findings are seen in contaminated sample, asymptomatic bacteriuria or colonization which is normal. A good perineal hygiene is usually helpful to avoid colonization of bacteria.
