In aug my s. creatinine was 1.02, in nov 13, it is 1.12 mg/dl. can this just happen without any serious problem? pus cell+epithelial cell 4-6 hpf.

Ignore it: Creatinine varies a bit from day to day. You may also have put on some muscle during the season. You take Naproxen and if you also get a little dehydrated, you can actually raise your renal function tests quite a bit more.
