This is a serious condition because pieces of the clot can break off with any movement and travel to your lungs where they can obstruct the blood flow to a part of your lung. Treatment must be initiated ASAP and needs to be done in a Hospital setting. They will use various blood thinners and other medications.

Not much: The enzymes are likely CPK or creatinine phospho-kinase. These can leak out of all muscle tissue if they are stressed or injured. the number is not very high and will likely be fine.  Why they ordered this test for chest pain... i'm not so sure. Troponin is a better test to check if the heart muscle is involved, which was likely also checked and normal if you were sent home.

I;m : I;m sorry to hear about your accident. It is a good thing that your ulnar nerve is working. The bad thing is that a soft tissue injury does more than affect nerves. A nerve often grows back with part of it curling into itself forming a nerve bunch called a neuroma. These can be very sensitive especially if you tap on them. Sometimes a steeroid shot helps.The problems you are having a more likely to be related to tugging on tendons and fascia (gristle) within the muscles of your forearm. You should see the hand specialist again and have him or her spell out the kind of therapy you need for your muscle damage. In the meantime work  the arm yourself in warm water to help keep it as flexible as possible while it heals.

i get non stop sprains in feet and legs. every year either its a foot or leg now its a thigh. im not athletic at all. i want to know what is wrong with my muscles. could this be a illness. started in 2013 been having to go to emergency room once year?

You may have : Torn a muscle. If there is pain and swelling you need to have it examined. It is always possible to have a concomitant DVT which should be ruled out as it can be masked in the injury.
