Not much: The enzymes are likely CPK or creatinine phospho-kinase. These can leak out of all muscle tissue if they are stressed or injured. the number is not very high and will likely be fine. Why they ordered this test for chest pain... i'm not so sure. Troponin is a better test to check if the heart muscle is involved, which was likely also checked and normal if you were sent home.
