Your doctor may give analgesics which have side effects.Can use sparingly.

Could exercise fingers in warm wax.

Physio therapy,occupation therapy can be tried.

Elbow pain: Those symptoms are characteristic of acute olecranon bursitis. Fluid accumulation of the elbow bursa usually follows. I recommend getting examined by a physician to rule out cellulitis which is another possibility &amp;requires oral antibiotics. Taking anti-inflammatory medication like ibuprofen or naproxen can relieve the inflammation and pain of bursitis.

See below: Sounds like you might have medial epicondylitis, also known as golfer's elbow. Treatment usually includes rest, ice, pain relievers, stretching or therapy, and sometimes elbow bracing.  See your physician to confirm diagnosis and get proper treatment

Doctor can evaluate: Such symptoms may be due to a problem in the arm itself and/or in the nerves coming out of the spine and going to the arm and hand.  One's primary care doctor, or a physical medicine doctor (PM&amp;R doctor), can evaluate. A neurologist and/or an orthopedic doctor may be consulted, if needed.

Possibly tendonitis : Does hurt when stress your biceps?  If so might be biceps tendonitis where biceps tendon connects to anterior shoulder.  Press on front of shoulder & see if you can arouse pain.  There are about six or seven muscles & one could have tendonitis.  See an osteoparh for specific diagnosis and therapeutic advisory.  Sometime a single cortisone injection, if skillfully placed, can resolve the problem.

Medial epicondylitis: Pain where u are describing after workouts that involve using a " power grip" commonly irritate the flexor/ pronator muscle group on the 'inside' of your elbow. This is termed medial epicondylitis or " golfer's elbow". Rest from offending activities(s) and Ibuprofen may help. See your md if pain continues. Best of luck!

Recovery time varies: Lateral epicondylitis (aka "tennis elbow") is a common overuse injury to the elbow. In order to treat the pain, i recommend you  start with rice, follow with stretching/ strengthening (therapy), & consider couterforce bracing. If these treatments fail you may be a candidate for cortisone or prp injections. Some people end up needing surgery...

No: Some degree of swelling that tracks down from the shoulder to the elbow after an arthroscopic shoulder surgery is normal, but if it is quite severe I would definitely let your doctor know.

Doctor can evaluate: A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate to see what the bump is, and to start treatment if any is needed. Bumps are hard to describe in words. Bumps that start itching and enlarge after being scratched may contain some histamine, which gets released from the scratching. A bump that moves with skin and doesn't ever change much can be a mole or a tiny skin cyst (like a comedone issue).
