Unheard of: Mj laced brownies have a small quantity of active agent and are it is almost impossible to get a lethal dose.  You should have desired effects long before anything which threatens your bodily function.

Corneal Abrasion: You need to be seen ASAP as you may have a corneal abrasion or a foreign body "stuck" in your eye.  Don't wait, it is your eyesight your dealing with.

: Your question can be better addressed if you can provide additional history about your spleen. Do you have an enlarged spleen or any disease affecting your spleen because spleen does not hurt unless it is enlarged??. If it is enlarged you must have a physician taking care of you who can safely provide you proper medication. In general, Tylenol is a safer medicine to take, as compared to Motrin.

What state do u live: There is very little research to suggest that one a day would be any problem. However in many states it is illegal and therefore I could not recommend that.  It is interesting that there are receptors in the brain for THC.  They must have a reason for being there but we don't know yet why.  There is research that cannanabidoids may actually improve the immune system

Tobacco always: If you have open sores in your mouth, then your risks for many things are greater.  It is a habit worth talking with someone about changing.  As for weed and tobacco, all I can say is that tobacco is always a problem to your mouth, sores or not.  You may be able to address both of these issues with your doctor or a behavioral therapist.
