lost 9 pounds which is very abnormal for me. what is a good healthy eating diet that will help me put on weight ?

That is easy: But forst find out what made you lose this weight. It is good to know or find the reason. I hope you had intended to lose weight. If not , you need a medical check up to find the cause of unintended weight loss.
To put on weight, all you have to do is eat caloie dense foods including dairy products(ice creams, milk and milk shakes and yogurt), meats and nuts along with eggs.

i was curious if anyone could give me a sample clean eating diet?

You can create one: Use the guidelines from the usda which are given on a website: myplate. This includes half of your plate to be full of vegetables and fruits, one quarter with grains and one quarter with protein rich foods like fish, nuts, eggs and soy products like tofu. Avoid animal based foods and trade them with plant based foods. Minimize full fat dairy and  avoid sugared/ sweet foods and sugary drinks.

Maybe: Depends on your genetics, what you consider to be a high fat diet, and your activity  level. A high fat diet can cause obesity which carries an increased risk of type ii diabetes. There are, however, obese people who do not develop diabetes. Furthermore, the kinds of fats you eat may play a role. If most of your fats are from avocado, nuts, legumes, healthy oils, fish, you may be ok.

Yes: But please remember that there are a great many non caloric nutrients in natural food. You can't pick out one two and give them priority.

Right: Eating a diet rich in antioxidants is considered healthy.   Vitamin C does not have proven effect on your immune system but vitamin D3 may help better regulate your immune system.
