You can create one: Use the guidelines from the usda which are given on a website: myplate. This includes half of your plate to be full of vegetables and fruits, one quarter with grains and one quarter with protein rich foods like fish, nuts, eggs and soy products like tofu. Avoid animal based foods and trade them with plant based foods. Minimize full fat dairy and avoid sugared/ sweet foods and sugary drinks.
