Should have resolved: If Nystatin oral suspension was given at appropriate dose (1-2 ml four times daily) then must consider:
1.  Incorrect diagnosis
2.  Re infection from someone else
3.  Underlying health problem eg immunity
     problems
if not already done, child should be re evaluated by her pediatrician and or dermatologist.

Dont think so: This doesnt sound like a good idea, at all. Thrush is a fungal infection and needs a proper anti fungal medication that can be prescribed by a physician. Baby acne i will leave for another physician to comment on. But i can say with great confidence that rubbing a pee-soaked diaper on a babys face/tongue will not solve the problem. Probably a bad idea.

Possible: As long as you are having your period and are ovulating, it is possible for you to get pregnant.  Clarify if these are happening with your obgyn and you will have an answer individualized to your specific situation.

Thrush: Thrush would be white patches on the tongue, or inside the lips and mouth.  It is a yeast infection that would need medication to treat.  what you are describing is not thrush.

Thrush not occult: Oral thrush is always obvious for al to see, never hidden. If your baby had it you’d bathe first to know.just chill!

Same as anyone: A skim milk like tightly adhering film adhering to the membranes inside the cheeks, gums or tongue. It is common for babies to have a normal "milk tongue" from milk trapped in the tongue surface, but the thin white lining inside the cheeks is abnormal. It can be teased off with a cotton tipped bud &amp; might show a little bleeding in some.If it cakes up like cottage cheese it's bee there a long time.

Infection/crack: Any infection /skin crack may cause this type of pain.Get checked by your pcp.
