Cluster of symptoms: Hard to say with a general cluster of symptoms what may be happening, but if they are significant they should be evaluated. Conditions such as brain tumor are quite rare and ct/mri scans may be ordered by a physician after a thorough history and exam. Don't ignore your symptoms, but be cautious about jumping to the most severe conclusion without more of a work-up. Hope this helps!

Get seen: This can be anything from a chronic ear infection to wegener's granulomatosis to an ear mass to acoustic  neuroma to a nearby infection to lots of other things. Your physician will want to examine your ear and perhaps do some imaging studies. Don't self-diagnose something deadly yet, but do get seen now.

Doubtful: It sounds more like one of the various kinds of headache we see rather than a brain tumor which is much more rare. You don't mention how long this has been occurring. It almost sounds like cluster headaches although those typically occur just on one side of the head at a time. Could be atypical. I would advise consulting with your primary care provider to discuss diagnoses and possible therapies

Sinus related: Although everything is possible, the symptoms you experienced are more  likely related to your sinus problem and deviated septum -rather than brain tumor. Go to see your md/ ENT to get treated. Get some decongestant, nasal spray, humidifier etc- as they may help.

Unlikely: It not feasible to say what may be causing your symptoms, without examining you, however, it is very unlikely that you have a brain tumor. You should see your doctor at your convenience.

No: You are not going to "see" either as a bulge on the ear. You could have a pseudotumor created within the eardrum. A retraction pocket in the eardrum can accumulate discarded cells that could create a growing bulge that can be trouble. It is called a cholesteatoma and needs to be removed surgically before it erodes the ear bones. It is not a cancer.

Benign brain tumors like meningioma may be treated surgically or by radiosurgery or a combination of above.

Malignant high grad primary brain tumors are typically treated by maximal safe resection followed by chemoradiation.

Metastatic brain tumors are treated surgically or by radiation, radiosurgery or a combination of above.

One environmental factors known to induce some brain tumors is radiation exposure.  Unfortunately, there is much that we still do not know about how these tumors start.
