Pressure top left side of head, ear pressure and earache. i have chronic sinuses and a deviated septum. could it be from this or a brain tumor?

Sinus related: Although everything is possible, the symptoms you experienced are more likely related to your sinus problem and deviated septum -rather than brain tumor. Go to see your md/ ENT to get treated. Get some decongestant, nasal spray, humidifier etc- as they may help.
