Sudden left ear pain with no infection and not swollen, but the dr said theres bulge inside the ear. could it be acoustic neuroma or brain tumor??

No: You are not going to "see" either as a bulge on the ear. You could have a pseudotumor created within the eardrum. A retraction pocket in the eardrum can accumulate discarded cells that could create a growing bulge that can be trouble. It is called a cholesteatoma and needs to be removed surgically before it erodes the ear bones. It is not a cancer.
