Several things: They will tak a good history and then do an appropriate examination on all the ENT related areas of your body and according to your symptoms.  A procedure may be necessary.  Discuss this with the ENT doctor thoroughly before you have it done.  Ask questions!  they expect them.  Ask them to show you a diagram or draw a picture for you to better understand.

: I am glad you saw ENT doctor, and I think they talked to you about ringing in the ear being due to many things including the fact that some medications may even cause it. I mean cleaning the ears does not mean anything to the symptoms if the cause of it, like affectation of the nerves or the inner ear problem, is not appropriately addressed.

i see an allergist yearly and i am on several medicines for my allergies i also get shots.. but i'm still really bad in my noise and eyes should i ask to be seen by an ear nose and throat doctor ?

Allergies: you could see an ENT certainly, but I would recommend since you already see an allergist that you return and see him/her. It appears that yearly is not enough.  Your medications and or your immunotherapy needs to be adjusted.  You also may need a course of steroids to clear you up so your other medications can work.  Sometimes your system just gets too overwhelmed.

ENT: Ear Nose and Throat doctor would be appropriate.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

our baby girl 10 months old she is teetering and she had a bit of redness in her throat, doctor came and gave her a syrup plus panasonic syrup after 3 days daughter have red on her cheeks plus small dots on her face head and back

Stop treatment: Teething is a normal process and doesn't need medication. A teething ring may help and an occasional dose of Tylenol (acetaminophen). The rash may be a separate problem that should be examined. She may also have had a virus? All the best.
