Would an ear nose and throat doctor be able to help me with vertigo?

Possibly: They are the best way to start and if you don't get the answer you are looking for, try a neurologist.

Yes they can help: An ear nose and throat specialist can help determine whether the vertigo is ear related or otherwise. They in combination with a neurologist are the two main doctors that focus on vertigo and trying to remedy the symptoms.
