15 years ago, i suffered a head injury.  the frontal lobe of my skull was removed, repairs made and it was replaced.  i have had little or no problems until two days ago.  i now feel pressure on my forehead.  i have also had ringing in my ears?

Head trauma: Please see your doctor who may refer you to a neurologist.  Please do not jump to conclusions because these symptoms may not be related to your previous positive response to surgery.  Peace and good health.

tinnitus and ear pressure in the right ear for 21 days. pta shows normal hearing. mri brain is normal too. do i need to take another mri targeting the temporal lobe to identify the cause of tinnitus? any other scan to be taken? taking nervex-bt ngt?

: Tinnitus in one or both ears is not uncommon. Many times there are no identifiable causes. Age and exposure to laud noises are sometimes  implicated. With the diagnostics noted above normal, Best to manage with help of PCP, Audiologist or ENT consult.

AVM/ brain pressure: If you have an AVM you should be seen by a neurosurgeon . . Regarding the head pressure  - AVM can cause pressure/pain as well and intracranial pressure may be elevated.  Would follow up with  neurosurgeon.

Be seen: Your symptoms can be be due to  a number of reasons as benign as migraine but serous causes i.e. meningitis must be ruled out. Please see an ophthalmologist and/or neurologist asap. Good luck.

Ear lobe repair: Many people get a split ear lobe from an ear ring getting pulled through. The process to repair the split earlobe is fairly simple. Most plastic surgeons or doctors who do surgery should be able to do the procedure under local anesthetic in their office. The earlobe is numbed up, the skin inside the split is removed and the ends are sutured back together.

Use sunblock spf 15 or higher and reapply according to the package directions.

Gentle washing: Some people tend to produce more oils from the skin.  If you use a face wash for oily skin, you could also apply it when washing your face on the ear lobes to see if that can reduce some of the oil buildup.  I would avoid getting it in your ear canal, but the outerside is okay.  You could also use a washcloth to help remove the soap once you apply it.
