Be Alert/check up?: Any pain like you have requires close monitoring and watch to see if it is settling down on its own or progressing. If it is  not better in 2-3 weeks, you should seek medical check up and find the cause. A physical exam and urine check should be the first step, followed by a CT scan of the abdomen if indicated based on findings on physical check up by your doctor.

hi i'm 15 weeks pregnant and for the past 3 days i am getting terrible dull low back ache which sometimes goes into the top of my left buttock?

Pregnancy back pain: This is normal during the second and third trimester as the uterus grows and the pelvic ligaments get stretched. Regular walking should help. Avoid prolonged sitting. Use heat when possible. The pain you are feeling is most likely from your sacroiliac joint which you may have hurt in the past and is acting up a bit. Good luck with your baby. They do grow pretty fast!

i have constant 24/7 left flank pain. dull ache and feels warm. had this for 8 months.  i have very low dhea so on 25mg now for 3 months.  have all over body aches and internal fever almost every night.  kidney cysts.

Fever every night: Fever every night is a sign that something bad is going on in your body.  Please check with your team.  Occasionally low blood potassium can cause the generalized aches and pains you describe.  Discuss with your team.

See your doc.: These are combined symptoms and suggestive of about two things. The first is viral and may last a little longer than usual. The chest pain may well be pleurisy or related to the viral illness. The low vit d, mag and FE may be related to diet. Have the doc comment on weight loss and how to treat the other problems 
In the long run you should be fine.

Rule out heart attck: It could be a number of things including a heart attack. Sometimes you can't detect a heart attack if u have diabetes. So first go to your pcp and get an ekg. And make sure heart attack is ruled out. Other things it could be are a pinched nerve, you might have slept on it wrong, etc. Have some tests done to rule out something serious first.
